Hiring dispatch & delivery coordinator – Pharmazone
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dispatch & Delivery Coordinator to lead the drivers’ team and ensure smooth operations across stores and 3PL partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the drivers' team and organize meetings and field visits
- Monitor daily performance of drivers and stores, ensuring compliance and improvements
- Develop improvement plans, schedule shifts, and track attendance
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and 3PL for smooth operations
- Manage inventory and achieve targets in line with company values and strategy
- Train and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams comprising diverse nationalities
- Skilled in operating various systems, with expertise in dispatching platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PHZ-DIS
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector
- Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree required
