An exciting high-end premium dining venue is about to open in Kuwait, and we’re building a passionate team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking for extraordinary hospitality talents to join us in the following roles:
1. Waiters & Assistant Waiters
Key Tasks:
- Provide exceptional table service to guests in a luxury dining environment
- Ensure a seamless dining experience with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury dining or fine dining establishments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
2. Bartenders
Key Tasks:
- Craft high-quality beverages, including non-alcoholic cocktails and specialty drinks
- Engage with guests to create a memorable bar experience
- Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury dining or high-end bar settings
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
3. Baristas
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and serve premium coffee and specialty beverages
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station
Requirements:
- Experience as a barista in high-end or specialty coffee settings
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
4. Hostess
Key Tasks:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and coordinate with the service team
- Ensure a welcoming and luxurious dining atmosphere
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury dining or hospitality settings
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
5. Chef de Partie (CDP)
Key Tasks:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality dish preparation
- Collaborate with the head chef to maintain menu standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury or fine dining
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
6. Line Cooks
Key Tasks:
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
- Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality cuisine
Requirements:
- Experience as a line cook in luxury or fine dining settings
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
