We Are Hiring — Admin Assistant/Secretary

Location: Plot C18-C19, Shuwaikh Free Trade Zone, Kuwait

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Secretary to join our team in Kuwait, providing administrative support to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an admin assistant or secretary
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency a plus)
  • Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
