We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Secretary to join our team in Kuwait, providing administrative support to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
- Assist with data entry and report preparation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an admin assistant or secretary
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency a plus)
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
