We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join our team in Kuwait, with expertise in Kuwait Municipality rules and architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural plans and drawings, ensuring compliance with Kuwait Municipality rules
• Deliver high-level interior design solutions (preferred)
• Create and present engaging presentations to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Kuwait
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Municipality rules and regulations
• Skilled in architectural plans/drawings and preferably high-level interior design
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Presentable with excellent client relationship-building skills
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
• Available for immediate joining
