Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and equipment
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable Visa Article 18 (local hiring only)
