About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate must have a background in construction or oil & gas industries and be skilled in managing the full HR and recruitment cycle for both skilled and unskilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for skilled and unskilled workers
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws
  • Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially
  • Conduct interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and prepare regular reports
  • Travel for business trips as required for recruitment campaigns, interviews, site visits, and tracking workforce needs
  • Coordinate and track recruitment activities, including scheduling, candidate pipelines, and status updates
  • Support performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwaiti labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be currently residing in Kuwait and available for local hiring
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably in construction or oil & gas
  • Proven ability to recruit both skilled and unskilled manpower
  • Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for recruitment trips, site visits, and workforce tracking
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and tracking skills
  • Exclamation Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws.
