We are hiring in our main office-Kuwait: Government Formalities Manager

We are seeking for experienced Government Formalities Manager has F&B experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Department in managing and supervising all government-related procedures (residency, permits, licenses, company registrations, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and government policies
  • Provide legal support and guidance to various departments
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Update and follow-up the trademarks.
  • Maintain and update insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants when required
  • Act as the main point of contact for all government matters and licensing
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to the department.
