Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, cash flow statements, and project budgets
• Monitor and track project costs and financial progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Work closely with multiple departments to coordinate financial data, ensuring comprehensive and clear reporting
• Support management in making informed decisions through proactive financial tracking and analysis
• Maintain strong awareness of construction-specific financial practices, regulations, and cost structures

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in management accounting within the construction field in Kuwait
• Proven ability to work with multiple departments and deliver financial insights under tight timelines
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid Kuwait driving license and access to a personal vehicle
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
