Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate standards
  • Maintain recruitment channels and support management-level hiring
  • Review and improve compensation, benefits, HR budgets, and related policies
  • Lead and implement HR tech projects and systems
  • Support and advise unit HR teams to ensure effective operations

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate HR, hospitality, or related fields
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices and Kuwait labor law
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Preferably ready to join immediately
