Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate standards
- Maintain recruitment channels and support management-level hiring
- Review and improve compensation, benefits, HR budgets, and related policies
- Lead and implement HR tech projects and systems
- Support and advise unit HR teams to ensure effective operations
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate HR, hospitality, or related fields
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and Kuwait labor law
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Preferably ready to join immediately
