Job Vacancy: Office Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Office Secretary** to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
