Job Title: Office Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Experience: +5 years in executive support, office management, or coordination roles, given the need for structured coordination, stakeholder management, and precision in follow-ups. Experience supporting senior leadership is strongly preferred.

Job Role:

  • Acts as the right hand to the Deputy CEO, ensuring alignment on priorities and commitments.
  • Manages daily schedules, travel arrangements, and key communications.
  • Prepares agendas, bilingual meeting minutes, and follows up on leadership deliverables.
  • Coordinates between Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and external stakeholders.
  • Drafts professional correspondence, reports, and executive summaries in Arabic & English.
  • Maintains trackers and dashboards to monitor projects and commitments.
  • Builds strong working relationships across functions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Supports office operations including documentation, expenses, and logistics for meetings/workshops.
  • Ensures confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in a consultancy firm is preferable.
