We're Hiring – Sales Supervisor (Coops Sector, Kuwait)
Are you passionate about FMCG sales and have strong experience in Kuwait's Coops market?
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our team, drive growth, and build lasting partnerships with Cooperative Societies across Kuwait.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow sales in Coops sector
- Ensure product visibility, availability & promotions
- Build strong relationships with Coop boards & decision-makers
- Lead & motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience in Kuwait (Coops sector is a must)
- Strong leadership & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- Arabic nationality (preferred)
