Hiring ERP Specialist – Al-Hafez
Job Summary:
The ERP Specialist will optimize ERP systems, collect requirements from users, communicate with solution providers, prepare reports, and address ERP-related issues. Provide support and training to end users and assist in integrating ERP with other business applications.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
- Experience in ERP configuration, data management, and reporting
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL queries, and system integrations
- Strong knowledge of business processes in at least 2-3 functional areas (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Experience with ERP implementation or rollout projects
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Project management or ERP certification (PMP, SAP) is a plus
