Customer Engagement Agent
Kuwait – Full-Time (Local Hiring Only)
Requirements:
- Currently residing in Kuwait (Kuwaiti nationals preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic (Kuwaiti accent) & English.
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills.
- 2–3 years' experience in customer care/call center (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Valid transferable visa (Article 18).
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries & complaints.
- Provide accurate info & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records & follow procedures.
