We’re Hiring: Warehouse & Logistics Manager (F&B Industry)
Location: Kuwait (Candidates must have valid Kuwait residency)

Are you a dynamic and experienced logistics leader with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry? We’re looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely replenishments
- Plan and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery across outlets
- Lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers; ensure training, performance, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and store teams to meet demand
- Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, cold chain management, and delivery routing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency (Visa Article 18)
