Hajery - Visual Merchandiser - Pharmacy Retail

Al-Hajery Pharmacies is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser with 3-5 years of relevant experience to elevate the in-store experience across our pharmacy branches. This role is responsible for optimizing product presentation and supporting marketing activities to drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong eye for detail, creativity in display design, and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute in-store visual displays, shelf layouts, window arrangements, and promotional setups based on seasonal campaigns and branding guidelines
- Implement marketing materials such as wobblers, danglers, and shelf talkers to support promotional efforts
- Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams to optimize space planning and stock visibility
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain branded display units for cosmetics, OTC products, and nutritional supplements
- Maintain clean, compliant, and aesthetically appealing product presentation across all branches
- Train and guide staff on merchandising standards and planogram execution
- Ensure planograms are accurately followed and tailored to each location's inventory and layout
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacy branches to install, audit, and refresh displays
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising
- Strong eye for detail and creativity in display design
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Local hiring from inside Kuwait only
