What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial acumen with P&L expertise
• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management
• Project management experience (especially new outlet launches)
• Results-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-7 years in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in management
• Proven experience managing Fine Dining establishments
• Food Safety/HACCP certifications are a plus
• Experience opening and scaling multiple outlets is a strong advantage
• Local hiring from inside Kuwait only
