Junior Accountant - Payable Job at Automak in Kuwait
We're Hiring: Junior Accountant - Payable
Location: Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
- Proven experience or internship in accounts payable or general accounting is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Arab nationals with transferable Visa Article 18 preferred
