Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks
• Consult and partner on people systems
• Manage employee relations and employment communication
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Local hiring from inside Kuwait only
