We're Hiring: HR & Admin Coordinator
Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries, Kuwait
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team at Al Seedawi Food Industries Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination
- Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems
- Support the HR team in implementing policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR & Admin Coordinator or similar role
- Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to join immediately
