We're Hiring: HR & Admin Coordinator

Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries, Kuwait

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team at Al Seedawi Food Industries Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll coordination
  • Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Support the HR team in implementing policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR & Admin Coordinator or similar role
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to join immediately
