Senior AI Engineer (Team Builder | OpenAI Integration | 5+ Years Experience)

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python and use of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Hands-on experience with AI API integration (OpenAI, GPT, etc.).
Proven track record of technical team leadership or mentorship.
Experience coordinating with distributed or freelance teams.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs.
Background in data pipelines, APIs, and scalable architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.
