Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of multiple dining outlets across the property
  • Lead and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Drive revenue and monitor outlet performance through KPIs and upselling strategies
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and promotions
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all F&B outlets

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing restaurant or F&B outlet operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through KPIs and upselling
  • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and brand standards in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to collaborate with culinary and marketing teams
  • Local hiring from inside Kuwait only with valid transferable residency (Article 18)
