IT Technical Support Required

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Working Hours: 8 hours straight shift

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in Kuwait City. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responsibilities include responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, determining and implementing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
