Hiring: HR Recruitment cum Generalist Officer

Role Description:

Full-time HR Recruitment Officer cum Generalist at our office located in Egaila. The role involves all HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, documentation, and onboarding processes, sourcing, maintaining databases, mobilization, visa onboarding, data and system updates, maintenance, and handling employee grievances, relations, and HR operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources (HR) Management and Office Management
• Employee Relations experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, visa, and other related regulations
