Join a leading influencer marketing service provider in the MENA region, specialized in tailor-made bulk influencer campaigns!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower planning and recruitment processes.
• Post job openings, source candidates, and screen CVs.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability.
• Oversee onboarding, HR documentation, and policy explanation.
• Handle payroll adjustments (absence, penalties, etc.).
• Update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage performance appraisals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and HR diploma - a must.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & internet tools.
• Must own a car and valid driving license.
• Valid transferable residency (Article 18) for local hiring from inside Kuwait.
