Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Market Growth:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.
- Align internal goals with global principal brand strategies.
- Map and enrich the customer journey across retail, e-commerce, and after-sales service.
- Marketing & Brand Management:
- Strengthen brand positioning through integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with principal brands to ensure alignment on advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital presence.
- Retail & Channel Marketing:
- Work with retailers and distribution partners to maximize visibility and support joint campaigns.
- Drive sales through in-store and online strategic placements.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
- Manage brand identity and community engagement across platforms.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Analyze ROI, campaign success, sales metrics, and provide strategic insights.
- Budget & Vendor Management:
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed KPIs, reduce cost, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Track and report on sales, revenue, cost performance, and forecasts.
- Liaise with internal departments, principal brands, retailers, and media.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Sales (mandatory)
- MBA or certifications in Marketing/Sales Strategy is a plus
- Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business management
- Experience in the consumer electronics/home appliances industry is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to multinational brands like LG, Samsung, Sony, or Panasonic
- Strong track record in brand growth, revenue expansion, and digital marketing leadership
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Leadership and team development
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM)
- Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
- Customer-centric mindset and market insight capabilities
