Voice Engineer & Network Support Job – XonTel Technology, Kuwait

Position: Voice Engineer / Networking

Location: Kuwait

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at 400 KWD (commensurate with experience) + Transportation allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure IP PBX systems, IP phones, and FXO/FXS gateways
Set up WLAN networks and smart home technologies
Install and support IP surveillance and video intercom systems
Manage projects, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely delivery
Provide remote and on-site technical support, training, and system implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of IP networks, VoIP systems, and gateway technologies
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to design custom client solutions when needed
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Certifications like CCNA are preferred
Must own a car and hold a valid Kuwait driving license
Transferable residency is required
