Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tender activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare, review, and validate tender documents, invoices, and deliveries
  • Liaise between contracts team, Central Medical Stores (CMS), and pharmaceutical suppliers
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
  • Build relationships with government officials and institutions
  • Assess declined quotations and recommend improvements
  • Track tender statuses, resolve discrepancies, and optimize CMS activities
  • Oversee supply chain movements and address delays
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related medical field
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong accountability, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Based in Kuwait
