Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tender activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Prepare, review, and validate tender documents, invoices, and deliveries
- Liaise between contracts team, Central Medical Stores (CMS), and pharmaceutical suppliers
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Build relationships with government officials and institutions
- Assess declined quotations and recommend improvements
- Track tender statuses, resolve discrepancies, and optimize CMS activities
- Oversee supply chain movements and address delays
- Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related medical field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong accountability, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Based in Kuwait
