Outlets Manager:

• Manage operations of multiple dining outlets across the property
• Lead front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest service
• Drive revenue and monitor outlet performance through KPIs and upselling strategies
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams for seamless operations and promotions
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all F&B outlets

F&B Junior Operations Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day F&B outlet operations across the property
• Support the F&B Manager in driving quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams for smooth operations
