Join our team at Fidelity GTC as a Mandoob / Public Relations Officer to manage government-related documentation and processes!

Responsibilities:

• Processing local and overseas visas (applications, renewals, cancellations)
• Transferring and renewing employee residencies
• Managing company licenses and renewals through relevant government authorities
• Handling vehicle registrations, renewals, and insurance
• Following up with ministries and public sector offices
• Maintaining organized records and tracking expiration dates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mandoob / PRO in Kuwait
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti government procedures
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Familiarity with online portals (e.g., MOI, Ministry of Commerce, etc.)
• Must be available to join immediately
