Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• Ability to mentor, support, and evaluate KG teachers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Arabic fluency is essential due to interaction with Arabic-speaking students and families
• Must be residing in Kuwait with transferable residency (Visa 18)
