Join our team as a Government Relations and Administrative Affairs Assistant to support administrative and HR operations!
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage phone calls and email correspondence
- Provide support to clients and respond to their inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience
- Manage employee records, files, and prepare necessary documents
- Support management in implementing HR policies
- Monitor attendance and prepare daily reports
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Preferable knowledge of government procedures (in-person and online)
- Experience in managing personnel affairs (HR)
- Ability to organize files and regularly update employee data
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid and transferable residency (Article 18)
