Join our team as a Government Relations and Administrative Affairs Assistant to support administrative and HR operations!

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage phone calls and email correspondence
  • Provide support to clients and respond to their inquiries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience
  • Manage employee records, files, and prepare necessary documents
  • Support management in implementing HR policies
  • Monitor attendance and prepare daily reports

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office
  • Preferable knowledge of government procedures (in-person and online)
  • Experience in managing personnel affairs (HR)
  • Ability to organize files and regularly update employee data
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid and transferable residency (Article 18)
