Join our team at KL GTC as a Government Formalities Manager with F&B experience to manage government-related procedures!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Department in managing and supervising all government-related procedures (residency, permits, licenses, company registrations, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and government policies
  • Provide legal support and guidance to various departments
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Update and follow up on trademarks
  • Maintain and update insurance policies
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants when required
  • Act as the main point of contact for all government matters and licensing
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to the department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Government Formalities Manager
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
