Join our team at KL GTC as a Government Formalities Manager with F&B experience to manage government-related procedures!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Department in managing and supervising all government-related procedures (residency, permits, licenses, company registrations, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and government policies
- Provide legal support and guidance to various departments
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Update and follow up on trademarks
- Maintain and update insurance policies
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants when required
- Act as the main point of contact for all government matters and licensing
- Prepare reports and documentation related to the department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Government Formalities Manager
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
