Join our team at ARMS Medical Center as a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional patient support!

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center
Ability to resolve patient inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Stay updated with center services and policies to provide accurate information
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
English as a second language preferred
Previous experience in a medical/clinic setting
Visa 18 transferable
Local hire in Kuwait

Job Details:

Location: Kuwait
Salary: Starting from 450 KWD with competitive commission package based on years of experience
