Civil Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site operations
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Sound knowledge of safety and quality standards

Civil Foreman Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction
• Ability to read technical drawings and supervise site work
• Technical certification or strong relevant experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
