Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website chatbot messages promptly and professionally
- Communicate clearly in both Arabic and English
- Accept and accurately record customer orders
- Share order details with sales and delivery teams
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs in the CRM
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with logistics and sales departments regarding delivery status
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and chatbots is a plus
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
