Hiring: Bilingual Call Centre Agent at Hydromist (MOJ Water) in Kuwait

Join Hydromist (MOJ Water) as a Bilingual Call Centre Agent to deliver exceptional customer service!

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website chatbot messages promptly and professionally
Communicate clearly in both Arabic and English
Accept and accurately record customer orders
Share order details with sales and delivery teams
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively
Maintain accurate customer records and logs in the CRM
Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with logistics and sales departments regarding delivery status
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and chatbots is a plus
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
