Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website chatbot messages promptly and professionally
  • Communicate clearly in both Arabic and English
  • Accept and accurately record customer orders
  • Share order details with sales and delivery teams
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer records and logs in the CRM
  • Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales departments regarding delivery status
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and chatbots is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
