Restaurant Area Manager, Marketing & PR Jobs – Kuwait

An Internal branded Restaurant Group is looking for experienced, young & dynamic talents to join them for the below positions:


A) AREA MANAGER (3 - 5years experience)


 Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee the operations and performance of several restaurant locations within a defined area.

 Performance Driven: Accountable for achieving sales targets, profitability goals, and operational excellence across all assigned units.

 Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, quality control, and efficient operational procedures.

 Guest Focus: Champion exceptional guest service and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

 Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

 Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities for sales growth, operational improvements, and talent development within the area.

 Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between restaurant teams and corporate support, ensuring clear and effective communication.

2) Bachelors degree preferred 

3) Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service principles.

B) MARKETING MANAGER (3 - 4years experience)


 Brand Building: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and drive traffic across restaurant locations.

 Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, local partnerships, etc.).

 Digital Savvy: Manage online presence, including website, social media platforms, online ordering systems, and reputation management.

 Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging and on-brand marketing materials (visuals, copy, promotions).

 Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

 Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-efficient strategies.

 Local Marketing Support: Collaborate with Area Managers and restaurant teams to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement.

 Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

 Collaboration: Work closely with operations, culinary, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

1) Minimum 3 years & Maximum 4 years  of marketing experience, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry. People with more than 4 years experience please ignore this, as this is junior level requirement.

2) Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

3) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.   

4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   

5) Creative thinker with a passion for food and the restaurant experience.

6) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

7) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


C) PUBLIC RELATION EXECUTIVE (3-4 years experience)


 Reputation Management: Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain a positive brand image and reputation for the restaurant(s).

 Media Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets (local, regional, food bloggers, influencers) to secure positive coverage.

 Event Management: Plan and coordinate media events, grand openings, and other PR-related activities.

 Crisis Communication: Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and mitigate any negative publicity or crisis situations.

 Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote the restaurant and its offerings.

 Monitoring & Analysis: Track media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations.

 Brand Alignment: Ensure all PR activities align with the overall brand identity and marketing strategies.

1) Maximum 3 -4 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry. People with more than 5 years experience please ignore this, as this is junior level requirement.

2) Proven track record of securing positive media coverage and managing public perception.

3) Strong media contacts and excellent relationship-building skills.

4) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

5) Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop impactful PR campaigns.

6) Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.

7) Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
