Responsibilities:
• Develop brand communication reflecting brand objectives to build equity.
• Execute product/brand marketing programs to enhance awareness and sales.
• Analyze market research to anticipate competition and monitor trends.
• Coordinate brand strategy with corporate marketing plans.
• Guide creation of product portfolio and oversee product launches.
2. Ice Cream Production Manager
Responsibilities:
• Achieve operational performance targets (safety, OEE, yield, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy).
• Drive operational improvements to meet annual plans.
• Develop employees through upskilling and training programs.
• Embed lean methodologies and optimize plant operations.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with safety/environmental standards.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and recognize excellence.
• Foster digital transformation and workforce productivity.
• Deliver high-quality frozen desserts and propose capital projects for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Science & Technology, Food Technology, or related.
• Preferred: MBA, Lean Six Sigma certification.
