IT Technical Support – Full Time (Kuwait)

Position: IT Technical Support

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Kuwait (Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait)

Salary: Starting from 300 KD

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in IT Technical Support or a related field

Job Description:

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware or software faults
Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Requirements:

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
