Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

About the Role:
Seazen Group is hiring a skilled IT Officer to provide comprehensive technical support. This is a hands-on role ideal for IT professionals experienced in maintaining seamless technology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hardware/software troubleshooting and system updates
Oversee network maintenance and minimize downtime
Administer user accounts, email configurations, and data backups
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows/Mac environments and Active Directory
Basic network troubleshooting skills
Experience with cloud platforms and cybersecurity protocols is an advantage
