🔍 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in the IT field
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a must

🛠 Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to IT support requests from internal users
  • Log and assign tickets to relevant IT teams (Support, Network, System, ERP)
  • Provide basic troubleshooting: password resets, email setup, software installation, and connectivity issues
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Track work orders and monitor ticket progress
  • Coordinate between IT teams for smooth task handling
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (meeting minutes, internal reports, technical logs)
  • Communicate with vendors to request or follow up on quotations
