🔍 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in the IT field
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a must
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to IT support requests from internal users
- Log and assign tickets to relevant IT teams (Support, Network, System, ERP)
- Provide basic troubleshooting: password resets, email setup, software installation, and connectivity issues
- Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Track work orders and monitor ticket progress
- Coordinate between IT teams for smooth task handling
- Prepare and maintain documentation (meeting minutes, internal reports, technical logs)
- Communicate with vendors to request or follow up on quotations
