Immediate Opening: IT Office Administrator – Kuwait

Minimum Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
Education: Minimum Diploma qualification
Location: Kuwait

Role Description:
  1. Develop and maintain IT documentation and record lists.
  2. Ensure documents and records are stored correctly with the appropriate access controls as per IT structure.
  3. Manage document reviews per policy via AITS, ensure new documents are updated properly, and move outdated versions to the Obsolete folder.
  4. Coordinate with the site ODMS Coordinator for internal or external IT audit events.
  5. Ensure IT focal points or backups are audit-ready, including arranging meeting venues, schedules, and refreshments.
  6. Follow up with IT employees on AITS compliance to avoid overdue items.
  7. Possess strong time management and organizational skills for handling schedules and meetings.
  8. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database tools.
  9. Fluent in English.
