Immediate Opening: IT Office Administrator – Kuwait
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
• Education: Minimum Diploma qualification
• Location: Kuwait
Role Description:
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and record lists.
- Ensure documents and records are stored correctly with the appropriate access controls as per IT structure.
- Manage document reviews per policy via AITS, ensure new documents are updated properly, and move outdated versions to the Obsolete folder.
- Coordinate with the site ODMS Coordinator for internal or external IT audit events.
- Ensure IT focal points or backups are audit-ready, including arranging meeting venues, schedules, and refreshments.
- Follow up with IT employees on AITS compliance to avoid overdue items.
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills for handling schedules and meetings.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and database tools.
- Fluent in English.
