Hiring HR Officer in Kuwait – 2+ Yrs Experience Required

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee lifecycle processes, while also contributing to a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Develop job descriptions
• Support HR operations, documentation, and HRIS updates
• Assist with employee relations and performance processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
• Proven experience working with external recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR systems and local labor regulations
