Requirements:
- Previous Experience in Call Center.
- Resolve Patient inquiries in a professional timely manner.
- Stay up to date with Center services and Policies to provide accurate information.
- Salaries starting from 450 KWD and Competitive Commission package depends on years of Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- English second language preferable.
- Nationality: Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese only.
- Age between 20 and 29.
- Previous Experience in Medical / Clinic.
- 18 visa Transferable.
- Local Hire - Kuwait.
