Job Opportunity: Application Support Specialist (HRMS) – Burhantec, Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:

Provide application support for HRMS systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users.
Coordinate with development teams to escalate bugs or feature requests.
Maintain documentation and provide user training when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting HRMS or enterprise software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
